Teachers
Kyle Wilman
Kyle has been teaching yoga since 2008 and has co-led five retreats to Haramara. His specialty is slow flow and restorative yoga. In his classes, you can expect to explore a deeper connection to mind, body, and breath. He enjoys allowing students time to explore the postures and dive deep into the experience of stillness.
Kyle is excited to return to Haramara and share the experience with both past attendees and newcomers. He believes the space is rich in spirituality and healing, creating an opportunity for attendees to disconnect from the busyness of everyday life and connect with themselves and other yogis.
In his spare time Kyle enjoys traveling the world, enjoying nature, rock climbing and a good dark beer (or margarita while in Mexico).

David Stevens
David started his yoga journey at the beginning of 2017. At first, he was simply looking for a method to improve flexibility and strength. It wasn’t long before he started to notice the sensational benefits that coincide with this practice. David completed his 200-Hour RYT Training in December of 2018. Since then, he has found purpose in serving and connecting with the world. His classes are accessible yet challenging for all experience levels.
Regardless of where you are in your yoga journey, David will provide an enjoyable experience where you will grow both mentally and physically.
Michelle Carlson
Michelle started her yoga practice back in 2005. She only did yoga as a way to prevent injuries while training for Ironman Triathlons. It wasn’t until she took time away from competition, for her to realize that making it to her mat was so much more than injury prevention. Yoga to Michelle is, connecting within and then translating her growth out into the world around her.
Michelle is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 200, and has been teaching since 2014. Michelle is also a life coach and teacher.
She brings in many modalities into her classes to create curiosity and growth within her students. She teachers her students in ways that are challenging yet attainable. One of her goals is to have her students feel open, refreshed, and connected in their bodies and mind when class is over.
Michelle truly believes that one should use the pose to tap into the body. Once one is tapped into their body, the mental side of yoga is discovered. This is what Michelle loves to teach within her yoga flows and meditations. She wants her students to feel grounded, supported, connected, and free when they are on their mats. When students are being guided by Michelle, her students will embrace their alignment and grow exponentially.
